Refund Policy

Eligibility For Refunds:

• You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

• To be eligible, the item must be unused or slightly used, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, barring extenuating circumstances. 

• To receive a refund, you must contact us at lunarserenity25@gmail.com and provide proof of purchase (order number or digital receipt), Name, and the product must be sent back.

• Once we confirm eligibility for return, we'll provide return shipping instructions.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

• If the order is never received contact us in order to troubleshoot and allow time for us to investigate the situation. We will contact you with our solution and ensure you get your desired product.​

• We will contact and update you on credit refund as it shall be applied to the original payment method in a timely manner but no longer than 30 days passed the time of refund approval. 

• The item must be returned and received by Lunar Serenity before the refund will be approved.
